What does the Moreta Method give you?

The Moreta method fuses traditional gym methodology with the cutting edge biomechanics and neurophysiology. Our aim is to revitalize and update antiquated concepts and practices.

One of our aims is to draw attention to the muscles along the spine. Often times this muscle group can be overlooked when exercising when they should be one of our primary targets. Your spinal musculature is capable of absorbing tension which would be otherwise absorbed by our joints and cause future injuries.
In order to achieve this objective the Moreta Method excludes obsolete exercises that do not fall into accordance with our natural body movements, thereby reducing risk of injury.
Furthermore we will demonstrate a series of stretches that have been specially formulated to reduce injuries and lesions to the spine and joints.
